  • People Against Prison Abuse - PAPA is an inmate and family organization formed in 1988 and restructured in 1995 as a non-profit organization; Bringing AWARENESS concerning AMERICA's Industrual Prison Complexes.

  • RAINN - The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization Among its
    programs, RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE. Innovative partnerships allow
    RAINN to reach millions of Americans each month with important information about sexual assault prevention, recovery and
    prosecution. In addition, RAINN uses its extensive entertainment industry and community-based relationships to put critical
    information into the hands of young women and men at concerts, on campus and in communities. RAINN also publicizes the
    hotline's free, confidential services; educates the public about sexual assault; and leads national efforts to improve services
    to victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice.

  • The Safer Society Foundation - A national research, advocacy and referral center on the prevention and treatment of sexual abuse. Provides treatment referrals to sex offenders approaching parole. Publishes adult sex-offender workbooks and other related titles for purchase. Provides referral services for therapists in area in which sex offender will be released. Also provides damaged books for prison libraries upon request and puts out workbooks for sex offenders; youth workbook is only available in Spanish.

  • Stop Prisoner Rape - National human rights organization, seeks to end sexual violence against men, women, and youth in all
    forms of detention. Inmates who have been sexually assaulted while incarcerated should contact S.P.R. in writing for a guide
    on legal, medical and psychological aids.
