My name is Raphael Oyague and I’m from Nassau County in Long Island. I’m 5’8″ bald and white. I’m actually half Ecuadorian and half Australian. When I was living outside of prison I was a waiter. I’ve been a waiter since I was 14 was actually pretty damn good at it (Not to be overly conceded, but I was that good). I guess that’s because I’ve always been a people person and love to be around people that make me laugh. It also brings me joy to make people laugh as well because I believe that’s what life is all about. My favorite phrase has always been LiVe, LoVe, LaUgH. I love that phrase because it personifies everything that I believe I am. I’ve also always been the type of person who gives everything, including the shirt off my back to those I care about. When I was living on the outside my favorite past time was to sight see. I would travel far and wide to places I’ve never been to enjoy the pleasures of what the world has to offer. Being locked up and not being able to do such things has changed me wholly and drastically but I’m doing my best to adapt. While here, I’ve read many books and even taken on the hobbies of drawing and writing. I sometimes contemplate writing a book because of all the beautiful dreams I’ve had while in here but I’m not quite sure if I’m good enough yet and am afraid of it being rejected. Maybe someday in the future, I have time after all. I have so much to say and would love to share it with someone who is willing to take a chance on me for friendship or maybe even more one day. I have my family but having a friend outside of that would mean the world to me. I would love to of course know you as well. If you have any interest, write me and say hi. Looking forward to our future conversations.

Hello,
Thank you. You’ve taken the time out of your day to view my profile. Trust me, I understand how valuable one’s time is.
I’m hoping to gain friends in my life to share some positive vibes with. I’m a laid-back person who likes to laugh, is open-minded, and enjoys maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit.
I am furthering my education in the Cornell University Prison Education Program. I am an enthusiastic reader and I absolutely love music! I’ve also developed a newfound fondness for art and photography; I love how a picture is able to stir emotions or could take you anything in the world.
I’d be happy to share more about myself and learn about you. I look forward to hearing from you soon. You could write or email through JPay.
