Hello everyone! First let me thank you for stopping by my ad. Hopefully you find something that interests you!

I’m hoping to make new friends and if I meet someone special that would be great! I just recently came out to family and “friends” about two years ago. Unfortunately most all have chosen not to be a part of my life. My only regret is that I lived a lie for so long.

Let me tell you more about myself. I’m a little shy at first but not for long! I love to read, play sports, the outdoors, pool, spend time with the people I care about. I’m open to trying new things and would really like to move to a new area upon release.

I’ve battled a drug addiction for years and it led me down the path to federal prison. My time here Is spent learning and basically working on myself. I’ll be released in 2025 with some halfway house time as well.

I’m looking to meet some positive friends, contacts, and of course somebody special to enjoy life with. I don’t need anyone to judge my past, I know it’s a mess. I need people who want to be part of my future and help me better myself.

I was originally offered a 5 year sentence on a charge that should have been a state jail felony or a misdemeanor, deadly conduct or reckless endangerment penal code 15.01. During my pre-trial proceedings the judge specifically asked the district attorneys if they were changing anything on my indictment that could affect the charge and or the sentence or the elements of the crime. At which time the D.A. responded “no”, they were only correcting typo error. They changed the name of the victim, which originally was wrong, the case number of the year was wrong, and the initial penal code which was / is 15.01 and is listed under the misdemeanor / state jail felonies. However, they changed the penal code to 28.02, which changed the entire crime to arson and there was nothing set on fire. I took this charge to trial because arson wasn’t a factor, I received a 70 year sentence. I was represented by a court appointed attorney who did absolutely nothing to defend me and was tried by a district attorney Able Reyna who has been on the local news as well as national news for amending cases. Please allow me to tell you about myself. I’m from Northern California. I have 2 years of college education. I’m incarcerated for permanently harming two people who didn’t deserve it when I was a very young man. I take full accountability and responsibility. And I’m working on making amends on a daily basis with my conduct. Also I’m involved in a service dog training program. Training rescue dogs for veterans with PTSD and autistic children. And to be firehouse dogs. To comfort first responder fireman in their down hours. This and other rehabilitative classes is how I give back to society and improve as a man.

I like 90s R&B, Slow Jamz, Classic Rock, Reggaeton and Contemporary Urban Jazz. I’m very much interested to learn about any culture, especially yours! My goal upon release is to attend a local junior college for a while, then transfer to a 4-year university. I believe in God and am alright with whatever your spiritual beliefs are.
